Scope: This notice covers the public Assembly360 website and lead platform. It does not cover the separate factory runtime or customer-controlled production data.
Information you provide
When you request a demo or contact Assembly360, we may collect the details you submit, including your name, work email, company, phone number, city, industry, area of interest, and message.
Website and campaign context
To understand which pages and campaigns are useful, the website may record the page path, campaign and UTM parameters, referrer, browser user agent, and randomly generated visitor and session identifiers. Resource-interest events may also include the requested resource identifier and the same campaign context. The tracking functions are not designed to store raw IP addresses.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, arrange demonstrations, understand manufacturing requirements, evaluate campaign and resource interest, and improve Assembly360 communications. It is not used by this website to operate or monitor a production line.
Storage and access
Website information is stored in the configured Supabase project. Lead, analytics, and resource-interest records are restricted to authorized administrators through authentication and row-level security. Server credentials are not exposed to public website visitors.
Your choices
You can avoid submitting the demo form if you do not want to provide contact details. Browser Do Not Track is respected by page-visit tracking. To ask about information previously submitted, use the Assembly360 contact page.
Factory runtime data
The public Assembly360 website is separate from the locally deployed factory runtime. It does not operate the production system and is not intended to collect, process, or expose live controller results, assembly records, product history, tightening data, or customer production records.
Review before launch
This operational notice should receive final review by the business owner or legal adviser before public launch, especially if hosting locations, retention practices, notification providers, or contact details change.
