Scope: This notice applies to the public Assembly360 website, contact forms, campaign pages, and downloadable public resources. It does not apply to a separately deployed customer factory runtime or customer-controlled production data.
Information you provide
When you request a demonstration, contact Assembly360, or ask for a resource, we may collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, company, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, city and country, industry, area of interest, and message.
Website-use information
The website may collect limited technical and campaign information needed to understand website performance and enquiry sources. This may include page path, referral source, campaign parameters, browser or device information, and randomly generated visitor or session identifiers. We do not intend to collect live production, controller, VIN, component, tightening, or customer factory records through the public website.
Why we use information
We use website information to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, understand assembly requirements, provide requested resources, maintain website security, measure campaign and page usefulness, and improve product communications. We do not use this website to operate or monitor a production line.
Consent and your choices
Submitting a form is voluntary. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent by contacting us. You may also choose not to submit the form and contact Assembly360 by email or phone instead. Browser privacy settings may limit optional website measurement.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by authorised service providers that support website hosting, form delivery, analytics, communication, or security. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or website security, or as part of an authorised business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the website information. No internet transmission or information system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Retention
We retain enquiry and contact information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a prospective or existing business relationship, provide requested information, meet legal or compliance obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain appropriate business records. Website-use information is retained only for the period needed for security, measurement, and improvement, after which it is deleted, de-identified, or aggregated where appropriate.
Your rights and contact
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for information about personal data associated with you, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent, or raise a privacy concern. To make a request, email hello@assembly360.in with enough information for us to identify and respond to the request. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
Public samples and customer information
Public product views and report examples are prepared with fictional or sanitised data. Customer names, VINs, serial numbers, internal addresses, production values, operational logic, and other confidential identifiers are not intentionally published without approval.
Children
This business website is not directed to children and is intended for professional and organisational enquiries.
